The stay was hilariously eventful, with a police raid, naked guy in the corridor, lots of noise late at night, customers raiding the breakfast buffet like their lives depended on it and behaving like animals, but all in good fun. The location is great, and there is convenient parking space. There even is a bathtub! The staff is friendly-ish. The stay was surreal, but very fun...

The staff was very friendly, the room was (almost) perfectly clean. I loved the quiet at night. For me the location was great, close to where I had business to do, and just a stone throw away from the shopping mall with various restaurants.

The staff was amazing, especially Milly, who was on reception one morning. She was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to help us navigate public transport into the center of Madrid. Big shoutout to Milly for her fantastic service!

The kindness and smile of Ruth during breakfast. She was amazing. The location is excellent, a walking distance to the outlet and plenty restaurants around, and 15 minutes to Warner Park. The room has a good size.

The location was good as a stop off whilst travelling from Santander to Southern Spain. The hotel was easy to find, had free parking, which was quite secure with CCTV. It is across the road from a large retail park/shopping center with a great atmosphere and lots of restaurants and bars. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and breakfast was a continental, self service, buffet and had everything you needed.

It's literally beside a shopping mall (a five minute walk). There are several stores (Nike, Adidas, Pull and Bear, etc) and a huge supermarket. Several restaurants, bars, a movie theater. It's 25 minutes from Aeropuerto Adolfo Suarez. It's going to be my first choice when I fly out of Madrid.

Very comfortable bed. Breakfast is good. Staff dedicated to helping. Location is great, near from Supermarkets and restaurants. Wi-fi excellent. Temperature in the bedroom was amazing (it was negative degree outside). Near from Warner Park, a good option for families with kids.

Second time that I have stayed here and it was just as good as the first time. Very clean, very friendly front desk.

A typical system hotel, but everything was clean and in good condition. Staff very kind and professional. The room even had a fridge. Breakfast in such kind of hotels always has some touch of "All Inclusive", e.g. guests who pile food on their plate, but eat only half of that at the end but the rest has to be thrown away, long queues in front of the different food stations, single persons that block tables for 4 or 6 persons instead of waiting until their are seated etc. However, the 2 ladys who were responsible for the breakfast proceeding made a great job and kept everything running very well, even the different food stations were all and always well stocked. Thumbs up!
